BAKED VEGETABLE JALFREZI

BAKED VEGETABLE JALFREZI

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed vegetables (French beans, carrots, cauliflower, and green peas), chopped and boiled
2 onions, chopped
1 cup capsicum, chopped
6-7 cloves of garlic, chopped
A pinch of garam masala
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
4 tbsp grated Paneer
1½ cup tomato gravy
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
  • Add chopped capsicum, boiled vegetables, garam masala and salt. Stir.
  • Take a baking dish and put the cooked vegetables in it.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, tomato, salt, grated paneer and tomato puree. Cook for five mins.
  • Pour this puree over the vegetables in the baking tray.
  • Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins and serve hot.
