The Kensville Golf and Country Club is the only functional 18-hole golf course in Gujarat which has a residential township and Sachin Tendulkar has acquired a plot there to construct a villa
The promoters don't want to reveal the extent of the association with Tendulkar but its believed that the cricket star will be endorsing the golf academy.
"He has bought the plot for about six Lakh rupees and the total size of the plot is 1672 meters," N M Solanki, sub-registrar said.
